Founders, co-owners and hosts, Leon & Sharon Delport

Both grew up in the beautiful coastal city of East London, South Africa. Following careers in education and property development, they entered into the hospitality industry in the early 2000’s when the East London Golf Club decided to sell limited pieces of land to the public. An idea to build a stand alone, three storey, open plan guest lodge was born. A few years later, the Fourteenth Green Guest Lodge opened its doors. This family-run establishment was built on a foundation of service and excellence.
Today those same standards are upheld with the indispensable help of an incredible team of staff including their daughters, Lindi (and Kandi in the background), Daphne, Harriet, Joseph, Jimmy and others who have all played a pivotal role in their story of success and service.

The Fourteenth Green Guest Lodge boasts 11 spacious rooms, each with high quality fixtures and finishes to guarantee a comfortable stay. Every room comes with a king sized bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request. Each unit contains a work space, flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea/coffee facilities, honesty fridge, microwave, a spacious full en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
